We have a simple flat rate delivery charge of just £2.50 to anywhere in the U.K. It does not matter how many items you buy, you still pay the same flat rate. Outside the U.K the cost is £5.00.

We will dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped first class recorded delivery by Royal Mail to anywhere in the U.K. Orders outside the U.K will be sent international signed for with Royal Mail.

Refunds and Returns

We offer a full refund less any postage and packaging costs for items returned in their original condition within 14 days.

Pierced jewellery and sets containing pierced earrings are non-returnable.

Please note that when returning items you are responsible for ensuring that the items are well packaged and for the cost of postage.* For your own security all returns should be sent to us using signed-for-delivery.  

* We will refund postage costs on faulty items.
